Let's figure out what you actually need.

Every person I work with is dealing with something different. But the thread that connects everyone? They're ready to stop spinning their wheels. They want clarity, tools, and someone who gets it. That's what I'm here for.

ADHD Therapy for Adults

You're not lazy. You're not broken. Your brain just works differently.

Living with ADHD—whether you were diagnosed as a kid or just figured it out as an adult—can feel like you're constantly behind, constantly misunderstood, or constantly trying to "fix" yourself.

But here's the thing: you don't need to be fixed. You need strategies that actually work with how your brain is wired. You need someone who won't judge you for the pile of unfinished projects or the missed appointments or the way you sometimes can't hold a thought for more than three seconds.

In our work together, we'll:

  • Build systems that work with your ADHD, not against it
  • Untangle shame, rejection sensitivity, and the "I should be better at this" spiral
  • Understand your emotional regulation patterns (because ADHD isn't just about focus)
  • Figure out what you actually need—not what you think you should need

Who this is for:

  • Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
  • People who feel like they're "too much" or "not enough"
  • Anyone tired of advice that assumes their brain works like everyone else's

What sessions look like:
We'll talk—often and in depth—but we'll also focus on building practical tools, troubleshooting what isn't working, and identifying the real patterns beneath the chaos. Sessions are 50 minutes, typically held virtually, and always tailored to your individual needs.

Relationship-Focused Individual Therapy

You're not the problem. The pattern is the problem.

If you're here, you're probably stuck in a cycle. Maybe it's the same conflict on repeat. Maybe it's distance, shutdown, people-pleasing, or feeling like you're always carrying the relationship. You care deeply, and you're exhausted from trying to figure it out on your own.

This is individual therapy focused on relationships. We'll slow those patterns down, understand what's really happening, and find new ways forward.

In our work together, we'll:

  • Identify the cycles you get pulled into (the fight under the fight)
  • Learn what your nervous system is doing during conflict
  • Build communication and boundary skills that actually work
  • Understand your attachment patterns and emotional triggers
  • Figure out what you need in relationships (and how to ask for it clearly)

Who this is for:

  • People who keep having the same relationship conflict
  • People who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or emotionally stuck
  • People navigating big transitions in dating, partnership, or family life
  • Anyone who wants healthier patterns in close relationships

What sessions look like:
Sessions are 50 minutes, usually virtual, and focused on your relational patterns, needs, and next steps. I do not provide partner or group therapy, but I can help you create meaningful change in the relationships that matter most to you.

Individual Therapy

For when pushing through just isn't working anymore..

You're good at holding it together. You show up, you manage, you keep going. But underneath? You're anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or just... numb. You're reactive when you don't want to be. You're stuck in patterns that used to help—but don't anymore.

You don't need someone to tell you to "just relax" or "think positive." You need someone to help you understand what's happening—and what to do about it.

In our work together, we'll:

  • Understand your emotional patterns (and your nervous system's role in them)
  • Build skills for regulation, boundaries, and self-compassion
  • Navigate life transitions, career stress, or identity shifts
  • Untangle anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout before they take over.
  • Figure out what you want (not what you think you should want)

Who this is for:

  • High-functioning people who are quietly falling apart.
  • Anyone navigating anxiety, burnout, or chronic overwhelm.
  • People going through life transitions (career, relationship, identity)
  • Humans who are tired of feeling reactive, stuck, or lost

What sessions look like:
We'll dig into what's not working, why it makes sense, and what to do about it. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually virtual, and focused on what matters most to you right now.
