About Cindi

Registered Psychotherapist, RP

Cindi Becker, Registered Psychotherapist

I became a therapist because I believe people get stuck—not because they're broken, but because the patterns that used to help them stop working and when that happens, it's hard to see a way out on your own.

I've spent years helping people untangle those patterns. Adults and adolescents with ADHD who've been told they're "too much." People navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. High-functioning individuals who are holding it together on the outside—but falling apart on the inside.

If you're here, something probably brought you to this point. Maybe you're exhausted. Maybe you're curious. Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again. I get it. And I'm here to help.

My Approach

I don't believe in "therapy speak" or a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in clarity, compassion, and practical tools that work. My approach is grounded in understanding—why you feel what you feel, why you do what you do—and then figuring out what to do about it.

I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and nervous system regulation work. But more than any one model, I focus on what you personally need. Therapy should feel useful, not like you're talking in circles.

You're not broken.

Your struggles make sense—and we'll figure them out together.

Insight without action isn't enough.

We'll understand why, and then we'll figure out what to do.

Your nervous system matters.

Anxiety, reactivity, and shutdowns are signals—not character flaws.

Therapy should feel human.

You shouldn't leave sessions wondering what I meant.

A bit more about me

When I'm not in session, you'll probably find me walking, practicing pilates, or doing anything active.

I didn't come to this work by chance. I came to it because I believe people deserve to feel understood—and I've witnessed what can change when they finally do.
